Storage and transportation
1. The product is packed in sealed metal containers. It should be
stored in a space that is dark, away from heat, dry and ventilated.
2. Dryness, ventilation and avoidance from the sun and rain should
be guaranteed during transportation. Transported as non-dangerous

Ⅳ Use range
The product is mainly used for the eternal insulators’ enduring
ant-ipollution flashover in power systems, transformer substations,
transmission line insulators, power plants, Power user s’
substation equipment and other electrical equipment. It is
applicable for the eternal insulation antipollution flashover for
socket transmission line equipment, transformer substation of
various voltage levels or AC, DC systems that all operate under
contaminated conditions at the environment temperature between
－50℃～100℃. It prevents flashover and connection and improves the
levels of the external insulation of the equipment.
The product is also widely used in various polluted environments
such as metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, mine and salt mist
etc.. It is largely used in systems of and above 500KV and performs
excellent anti-pollution flashover property, and therefore
guarantees secure operation of the power grid.
Ⅴ. Use method (application site)
- We suggest that the product should be coated in power-off state by
application personnel who have obtained professional application
- The surface of the insulators should be cleaned before the
application and the surface should be guaranteed to be dry without
dust or oil etc..
- Application methods such as spraying and brush coating etc. can be
adopted and the application work should be carried out in sunny
- The thickness should be 0.3--0.6mm, and the coating should be
complete, not defected and not missed.
- The surface will dry out in 45 minutes after coating. If the
coating thickness does not achieve the project requirement,
spraying or brush coating can be carried out again. It solidifies
in 24--48 hours.

1, Transmission lines
Because most of the insulators/surge arrestors/CT/PT/ in most of
the transmission lines in the world are ceramic insulators and
glass insulators. Because these two kinds of insulators do not have
good anti-pollution performance, so the utility has to wash it
every year even shut down the lines. Which can cause huge cost and
lose to the utilities. RTV/PRTV products-- which is used to clean the surface of the
ceramic insulators/SA/CT etc big products in the power substations
and transmission lines that the utilities have to wash it every
year. If we use these products, then there will be no need for them
to wash it every year[after applying for this coating, then at
least 10 years there is no need to wash it again]. So they can save
time, money and also no need to shut down the power lines.
